Moving In and Out of Warren
Warren’s residential housing stock is largely postwar — ranch homes, Cape Cods, and split-levels built between the late 1940s and early 1970s to house auto industry workers settling into Macomb County. Stairs add labor time, which adds to the hourly bill after the first two hours. A second-floor walk-up on a standard one-bedroom move adds roughly 20 to 40 minutes. Give us your floor and a sense of how much you’re moving and we’ll build it into the estimate upfront.
Do you move pianos?
Yes. Before booking, send us photos of the entrances at both locations — especially any steps, tight turns, or low clearances — so we can confirm access and give you an accurate quote.
